Overview

Our Grade Series is a structured seven-level program designed for swimmers aged 5 and above who are ready to refine their technique and build endurance. Each stage focuses on stroke efficiency, water safety, and lifesaving skills, preparing swimmers for advanced training and competitive pathways.

  • Non-swimmers: Taught at a 1:1 ratio to ensure safety and confidence.
  • Beginners: Learn with a 1:2 ratio, allowing close guidance as they master basic swimming foundations.
  • Improver swimmers: Benefit from a 1:3 ratio, encouraging skill progression while maintaining personal attention.
  • Advanced classes use a flexible ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, depending on the pool size and level of swimmers, to ensure both safety and optimal performance.
  • Students transition through increasingly challenging grades, preparing for squad-level swimming.
