For confident swimmers ready to go further, this four-level program develops speed, stamina, and refined technique. With options like water polo and synchronized swimming, it adds variety while preparing swimmers for competitive squads and specialist aquatic sports.

  • Advanced classes use a flexible ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, depending on the pool size and coach’s experience, to ensure both safety and optimal performance.

  • Training swimwear – snug and performance-friendly (no baggy shorts)
  • Swim cap – required for streamlined swimming and focus
