Saturday:
6am to 8:30 am and 2pm to 4pm
It’s never too late to learn how to swim—or to take your skills to the next level! Our adult swimming program is designed for swimmers of all abilities, from complete beginners to those looking to refine technique, build stamina, or train for fitness.


Ability to enter and leave the pool independently using safe techniques.
Confidently move forward and backward over short distances using simple front crawl, breaststroke, or backstroke leg actions.
Perform basic treading water, gliding, and kicking drills to build confidence and control in the water.
