At Neptune Swim Academy, we provide a safe, structured, and enjoyable swimming experience for learners of all ages.
We proudly deliver the international STA Learn to Swim Programme (LSP) — a globally recognized pathway that develops safe, confident, and skilled swimmers through progressive stages.

About the STA Learn to Swim Programme (LSP)

The STA Learn to Swim Programme (LSP), designed by the Swimming Teachers’ Association with industry experts, offers a complete, progressive pathway from first splash to advanced aquatic ability.
Learners develop through a balance of:

  • Stroke development

  • Water confidence and safety

  • Rescue and survival skills

  • Diving and advanced aquatic techniques

Each stage builds upon the previous one, with fun badges and certificates celebrating every milestone.

Our Lesson Pathway

1. Starfish Series (6 months – 2 years)

A gentle, sensory-based introduction to water.

  • Age Groups: 6–12 months, 12–24 months

  • Ratio: 1 Coach : 6 Babies (with parent/guardian)

  • Structure: 6 playful levels to build trust, comfort, and joy in water

2. Stanley Series (2 – 5 years)

A fun foundation in early swimming and safety skills.

  • Ratios:

    • Non-Swimmers: 1:1

    • Beginners: 1:2

    • Improvers: 1:3

  • Skills: Floating, kicking, water confidence, pool safety

3. Grade Series (5+ years)

The core of the STA LSP—developing strong, confident, and capable swimmers through seven structured grades.

  • Ratios:

    • Non-Swimmers: 1:1

    • Beginners: 1:2

    • Improvers: 1:3

    • Advanced: up to 1:6

  • Skills: All four strokes, dive starts, tumble turns, distance swimming, water survival & rescue

4. Advanced Swimmer Series

Continued training for junior and senior swimmers.

  • Paths: Competitive swimming, water polo, artistic swimming

  • Ratio: 1:4 to 1:6

  • Focus: Stroke refinement, endurance, teamwork

5. Adult Learn to Swim (18+)

It’s never too late to learn.

  • Beginners: 1:1 coaching

  • Pathway: Progress through 4 structured levels to Grade 5 or move into the Advanced Series

  • Skills: Technique improvement, butterfly, tumble turns, diving, and lifesaving

    New swimmers take a short paid trial lesson (redeemable) to ensure accurate level placement.

    Complete your payment to secure a spot in your chosen program.
